You want depth, presence, and flow, but your attention slips away before you can begin.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Your attention has simply been scattered by the world you live in.
This workshop helps you rebuild the mental stillness and creative focus you’ve been missing.
Through simple, guided drawing practices, you’ll relearn how to see slowly, notice deeply, and stay with your marks long enough to feel grounded again.
The practices are gentle, calming, and take almost no effort, yet they strengthen your attention and memory, your confidence, and your creative rhythm in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
If you want a calmer mind, a clearer way of seeing, and a creative habit you can actually maintain, this session will give you the reset you’ve been craving.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for artists, beginners, returning creatives, and anyone who feels scattered, blocked, or overwhelmed and wants a calm way to reset their attention.
It is ideal for people who struggle to stay focused, want to rebuild their creative rhythm, or feel drained by the fast paced noise of daily life. No experience is needed. Curiosity is enough.
Why this works?
Slow, mindful drawing activates parts of the brain responsible for focus, memory, problem solving, and emotional regulation.
Creative attention helps reduce stress and anxiety while supporting neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to form new and healthier connections. Even simple drawing can bring a sense of calm, deepen awareness, and help you feel more present in your life and creative practice.
It also gives you a chance to reset your intentions for 2026, especially around attention, focus, and how you want to show up in your creative and personal life.
Do I need to know how to draw?
No. All exercises are simple and guided. The focus is on attention, presence, and seeing rather than technical drawing skill. Complete beginners are welcome.
Is there a Facebook group for the Creative Reset?
Yes. When you register for the webinar, you’ll receive an invite to The Art of Attention Reset Circle, a small private Facebook space to help you settle your thoughts before the workshop. It stays open for a short time before and after the webinar, then it’s archived so you can always read everything but don’t have to keep up with ongoing posts. It’s optional, calm, and designed to give you a quiet place to breathe.
Will this still help me if I have done similar exercises before?
Yes. You will learn fresh reframes and new ways of approaching attention that many people find helpful even if they have explored mindful or observational drawing in the past.
The session guides you to see differently, notice more, and reconnect with your creativity in a deeper and more personal way.
What materials will I need?
A pen or pencil and a sketchbook or sheet of paper. Optional materials will be listed in your Pre-Reset Workbook.
When is the live session?
Saturday 24 January 2026 at 3 pm UK time.
How long is the workshop?
Around ninety minutes. There may be time for a few questions at the end.
Will there be any homework?
No. You will receive a few optional warm up exercises, but you do not need to do them. You can arrive exactly as you are.
What if I cannot attend live?
You will receive the replay within twenty four hours, along with the reflection workbook.
Will I have to share my drawing?
No. This is a private, gentle space. You never need to show your work. Cameras can stay off if you prefer.
Is this suitable if I feel stressed, burned out, or overwhelmed?
Yes. The session is designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your attention in a calm and manageable way.
Is this suitable if I have ADHD or find it hard to focus?
Yes. The exercises are simple, mindful, and short. They meet your attention where it is and guide it back gently.
Who is this not for?
This is not a technical drawing class or a course in advanced art instruction. It is a gentle, mindful reset for people who want to reconnect with their creativity, attention, and presence.
Can I give this workshop as a gift?
Yes. If you would like to share this experience with someone close to you, you can simply send them the workshop link and use the code MYGIFT at checkout.
It is a thoughtful way to offer someone a calm beginning to the new year. It also gives them a chance to pause, breathe, and reset their own intentions for 2026.
